End-User License Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION.
1. Parties
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Pure Maintenance of Alaska LLC ("Licensor"), PO Box 1942, Palmer, AK 99645, and authorized personnel granted access to Finn Financial Manager ("User").
2. License Grant
Licensor grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Finn Financial Manager solely for internal financial management of Pure Maintenance of Alaska LLC's own QuickBooks Online company.
3. Restrictions
User may not:
- Share access credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the App for any purpose outside of authorized internal business operations of Pure Maintenance of Alaska LLC
- Attempt to redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
- Use the App to access QuickBooks data belonging to any company other than Pure Maintenance of Alaska LLC
4. QuickBooks Integration and Data Access
This App connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0 using the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope, which carries both read and write capability at the API level. The QuickBooks client used by the App for production access has no methods for creating, updating, or deleting QuickBooks records. Use of this App is subject to Intuit's applicable terms and developer policies.
5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
This App uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to analyze QuickBooks data and generate financial summaries and reports. All output is AI-generated and may contain errors or omissions. Output from this App does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Users should verify all figures against source QuickBooks records and consult a qualified professional for accounting or tax matters.
6. Data Responsibility
User is responsible for ensuring that use of this App complies with applicable financial recordkeeping laws and regulations, including federal and Alaska state tax requirements.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THIS APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM ERRORS IN AI-GENERATED FINANCIAL REPORTS.
9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if User violates any term of this Agreement, or upon disconnection of the App from QuickBooks. After disconnection, the system administrator will revoke authorization tokens and remove stored credentials.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States.
